Healthy Habits Posters

Healthy habits are actions geared toward improving yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. Examples of these habits are exercising, practicing personal hygiene, and drinking water.

We all need to adopt these strategies, especially during stressful times. Spending 30 minutes doing something they enjoy, such as walking in a nature park, counteracts the adverse effects of stress (e.g., poor attention and a weakened immune system). The more they engage in exercise or another healthy habit, the better you will feel!

How Can Our Healthy Habits Posters Help?

We created these healthy habits posters to provide kids and teens with different ideas on simple things they can do for themselves each day. During moments of difficulty or whenever we want to help young people overcome a habit that’s preventing them from living their best selves — they can refer to these posters for motivation.
