Social Anxiety Coping Statements
When coping with social anxiety, clients often use coping statements or sayings to help manage their intense feelings. These statements are positive affirmations or pep talks that help counter negative thoughts in situations they find challenging, such as meeting new people, attending gatherings, or speaking in front of others.
