EU Right of Withdrawal

This page explains the right of withdrawal for customers located in the European Union, in line with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended).

Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

How this applies to digital downloads
Our products are digital files supplied and downloadable immediately after purchase. Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once its download has begun. This means that once you have downloaded your item, the right of withdrawal for that item no longer applies.

If you have not yet downloaded your purchase
If you are an EU consumer, are within 14 days of your purchase, and have not yet downloaded your item, you may withdraw and receive a full refund.

How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at mentalhealthcenterhome@gmail.com with your name and order number. You may use the following wording if you wish: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following order: [order number], placed on [date], in the name of [your name]." We will send you confirmation of receipt by email.
