All of our PDF worksheets have fillable fields, making them ideal for telehealth sessions. Clients can type directly into the worksheets on their computer or tablet. Yes! You can download your purchased files as many times as needed using the links in your confirmation email. You can save the files to your computer so you always have access to them.

This usually happens when the file is opened with the wrong program or an outdated PDF reader. Please make sure you are using the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to open your files. You can download it for free here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/. Also, be sure to download the file to your computer first. Don't try to open it directly in your browser window. If your computer asks for a password, it likely means the file opened in Preview (on Mac) instead of Adobe Reader. Opening it in Adobe Reader should resolve the issue.

Our PDFs can be opened on tablets using Adobe Acrobat Reader. However, due to security settings on our files, we have encountered some compatibility issues with certain tablet apps and devices. For best results, we recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we'll help troubleshoot.

Yes! Your purchase includes a single-user license that allows you to use the materials for your personal or professional use. This includes using them with your own clients, students, or family. You may print unlimited copies for this purpose.

Our products are licensed for individual use only. This means you may print unlimited copies for use with your own clients, students, or family, but the digital file itself should not be shared, forwarded, or distributed to others. Each person who wishes to use our resources should purchase their own copy.

Our products are provided in non-editable formats to maintain quality and protect our work. However, our PDF worksheets do include fillable fields, which allow you or your clients to type directly into designated areas of the worksheet. This is different from editing the worksheet design itself, but it does provide flexibility for digital completion.
