Cooperation Worksheets (2 Pages)

Cooperation isn’t just about getting along—it’s about learning how to work with others in a way that respects different ideas, makes room for everyone’s strengths, and brings people together. It’s a skill that is strengthened by solving problems, making group decisions, or finding ways to play fairly.

The Cooperation Worksheets include two complementary worksheets. Developing Cooperation Skills invites clients to go through a list of daily actions and decide which ones show real cooperation and which ones could be improved. They also think about the three cooperation skills they value most, reflect on how they practice them, and complete a sentence activity for improving cooperation. Exploring Cooperation features a Cooperation Challenge involving planning a special event.

As kids and teens complete these worksheets, they begin to understand that cooperation is more than just being polite—it’s about building trust, working through challenges, and sharing success. They can practice cooperation through simple activities like inviting someone to help with a task or collaborating to solve a problem during play.

To deepen this learning, adults can create a “cooperation builder box” containing small group projects, like drawing something together or solving a puzzle as a team.

Our All About Cooperation handout can be used alongside these worksheets to deepen the learning experience.
