Cooperation is one of the skills that kids and teens should learn as they work with others to reach a common goal. Being cooperative benefits young people in many ways. It creates an atmosphere of friendship and trust, and it increases their well-being.
We created this training resource on communication skills. It features a cooperation checklist that includes listening to others, sharing, taking turns, and compromising. It also provides an acronym “GROUPS” to make cooperation easier.
