Anxious Thoughts Breakdown
Kids and teens have anxious thoughts from time to time. While this is normal, oftentimes these thoughts are not true and can cause young people to live their lives out of fear. As a parent, teacher, social worker, or mental health professional, you can help them manage anxiety and break out of negative thinking.
Use this worksheet as a standalone therapeutic tool or supplement to your cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) treatment. By filling out this worksheet, they can express any anxious thoughts they're having and counteract these thoughts with truth-based ones. It also includes an ANTS section where they need to challenge negative thoughts and a Calm Down Thoughts section.
