If you work for an organization, agency, or practice that would like to share purchased resources amongst multiple members of the same organization for their individual use then you can purchase an ORGANIZATIONAL LICENSE.
For example, you are a counselor for a group practice and would like to share purchased Mental Health Center Kids resources with your colleagues. Instead of each counselor needing to make an individual purchase of the same resource, you can use this license and freely send and share files to other counselors within your practice.
One license covers an organization and is eligible to all the Mental Health Center Kids products purchased by that organization. Keep in mind that items will still need to be purchased from the website. This license does not grant unlimited access to resources.

What steps do I take?
Add the resources you'd like to the cart as well as the Organizational License.
Once purchased, you will be granted the license on a conditional basis. Included in your download will be a PDF form to complete and submit to inform us of your organization name for our records. Once we receive this form, then the Organizational License will be in place for the lifetime of the organization. All future resource purchases from Mental Health Center Kids will be covered by the license.
If you purchase an Organizational License, then Mental Health Center Kids, LLC permits you to:
● Share the Resource(s) purchased from Mental Health Center Kids with members within the same place of employment between 2-4 employees. Once employee is no longer with the organization, they are no longer eligible to receive resources purchased after their departure.
● Allow each employee the ability to used purchased resources for their personal, educational, and instructional use only. Each employee covered under the Organizational License may use purchased resource for their individual study, and to teach, counsel, or mentor an individual, class, or small group.
Unless otherwise expressly permitted by Mental Health Center Kids, LLC:
● Resource may not be resold in any way or used for commercial purposes. You may not post or otherwise make the Resource available on any website. You may promote the Resource and include an image of Resource so long as Mental Health Center Kids is credited and a link is provided to www.mentalhealthcenterkids.com or corresponding Resource page. You may not make Resource available on any website as a free or paid download.
● Resource is not to be altered, remixed, built upon, or modified in anyway. The Mental Health Center Kids logo and copyright may not be removed from the Resource. Text or images within the Resource are copyrighted and are not to be extracted in any way.
● You may not include Resource or image as part of material for a book, workbook, or any other publication.
● Resource may not be used as part of a curriculum, program, or event where multiple copies are to be distributed to or accessed by attendees.
● Resource may not be shared, sent, sold, sublicensed, or transferred to anyone that is not covered under the Organizational License.
