Positive Attitude Worksheets (3 Pages)








Having a positive attitude means choosing to look for the good in each day, even when things are tough or don’t go as planned. It’s about focusing on small wins and staying hopeful through life’s ups and downs. While it may not always come naturally, a positive attitude can be learned over time.
The Positive Attitudes Worksheets include three worksheets. Developing a Positive Attitude asks users to notice good moments in their lives and hold on to hopeful thoughts. On Identifying Positive Attitude Behaviors they will learn to tell the difference between positive and negative attitudes by looking at examples and changing negative thoughts into positive ones. The Focus on the Positive Journal invites them to write about the best parts of their day—what made them happy, what they learned, or what they liked most.
After completing these worksheets, focusing on the positive can begin to feel more natural. A great way to reinforce the habit is to keep a daily journal or share one good thing from the day with family or friends. Talking about and celebrating small positives regularly can make a big difference over time.
To keep the habit going, adults can start a weekly “moment of gratitude” when everyone shares something positive they noticed or did that week.
