Sharing Worksheets (2 Pages)

Sharing is a simple act that can create big ripples — small gestures of giving or offering can make a meaningful difference, not just for others, but for ourselves too. Whether it’s sharing time, ideas, or even a favorite snack, sharing strengthens relationships and helps build a supportive, connected community. However, for many young people who are just beginning to understand its importance, sharing isn’t always easy.
The Sharing Worksheets include two complementary worksheets. The Power of Sharing invites clients to consider different situations and decide how they might share in each one. Building Relationships Through Sharing takes those insights further by helping clients learn how sharing can positively impact relationships.
As children work through each section, they begin to realize that sharing builds trust, deepens friendships, and creates a sense of belonging. The more they notice and practice sharing in everyday moments, the more natural it becomes.
To keep the momentum going, families or teachers can create a “Sharing Wall” where kids write or draw something they’ve shared each week — from kind words to helpful actions.
These worksheets pair nicely with our All About Sharing handout.
