Once they finish the worksheet, kids and teens are likely to uncover new sides of themselves, including hidden strengths and positive traits they may not have noticed before. They can display their work and spend a few minutes each day reflecting on these qualities and practicing their affirmations to build a more positive self-image.
For a richer experience, they can start a daily "highlight" list where they write down one good thing they did or experienced. They can also share these highlights with friends or family during a weekly catch-up to celebrate each other's wins and create a supportive space for growth.
