My Positive Qualities Worksheet

$1.50
Translation missing: en.products.product.view_full_details

Positive qualities are traits that show a person's character and how they relate to others. Many of these qualities are strengths and can include things like kindness, honesty, and creativity. They also include traits such as resilience, compassion, and a sense of humor, which help a person connect with others.

The My Positive Qualities Worksheet offers a list of positive qualities for clients to choose from, encouraging them to think about what feels right for them. Below the list, they can write down steps to nurture these traits to guide them on their path to self-improvement.

Once they finish the worksheet, kids and teens are likely to uncover new sides of themselves, including hidden strengths and positive traits they may not have noticed before. They can display their work and spend a few minutes each day reflecting on these qualities and practicing their affirmations to build a more positive self-image.

For a richer experience, they can start a daily "highlight" list where they write down one good thing they did or experienced. They can also share these highlights with friends or family during a weekly catch-up to celebrate each other's wins and create a supportive space for growth.
