Thank you, Suzy! Please don't forget to check our other worksheets, handouts, and posters.

Only 2 pages. Waste of money

Cannot believe one would charge money for 2 pages, where one is a visual and the other is a list.

Thank you so much for your purchase, and for sharing your honest review! We’re saddened to hear that you are not satisfied with this product. We put a lot of thought and care into this design to make it as visually appealing and creative as possible specifically for teenagers.

Our coping skills products in particular represent a glimmer of hope for kids going through emotional struggles, as well as for the caring adults who support them.

I’ve found this handout to be very well-received by teen clients in my therapy practice.
