Infinity Breathing

Breathing deeply is a natural, effective way to calm the mind and reduce stress. However, when feeling overwhelmed, focusing on your breath can be challenging. The infinity breathing technique can be a helpful solution for clients to concentrate on their breath and feel more relaxed.
The Infinity Breathing poster features a soothing infinity symbol. It serves as a visual guide for clients to follow as they practice slow, deep breathing. Its arrows and vibrant colors represent the flow of breath, which makes it easier for users to practice mindful breathing.
Displaying this art in bedrooms, classrooms, or therapy spaces provides a reminder for kids and teens to find calm. Caring adults can incorporate this art into daily routines, like during morning calm-down sessions or transitions between activities.
Other popular breathing posters include Heart, Square, Rainbow, and Star Breathing.

This worksheet's design is child-friendly, making it more inviting for kids to participate in the breathing exercises. The technique shown is not only easy to understand but also fun to practice. This helps children develop essential skills for managing stress and anxiety as well as promoting mindfulness and relaxation. However, I would have liked to see in in brighter colors for younger kids.
