Loyalty is often seen as a choice grounded in trust, fairness, and shared values rather than a duty. Recent studies have shown that cultural shifts and digital influence strongly shape views on loyalty, and researchers are still in the process of understanding how they impact long-term relationships.
The Loyalty Worksheets guide clients in learning and practicing loyalty through two separate, but complementary worksheet pages. Understanding Loyalty includes activities that help them learn the qualities of a loyal person and the benefits of staying loyal. Building Loyalty includes reflection exercises that encourage clients to consider real-life situations and responses.
After answering the worksheets, kids and teens learn that loyalty is a meaningful choice they make every day. Caring adults can engage kids in conversations about what loyalty means to them, and examples of loyal behavior in their life.
