Reflection Worksheet
Reflection is an important process in learning that involves thinking about, questioning, and looking at an experience from different angles to improve future actions. Although essential, many often overlook this step due to the time and effort it requires. While reflection is often done when students are required to complete a project or assignment, it can also be useful in everyday learning and personal growth.
The Reflection Worksheet is an activity that lets clients identify their feelings, what caused them, and how to cope with strong emotions. They can start by drawing an emoji that represents their current feeling. Next, they write about what happened, decide if it's pleasant or stressful, and identify some strategies to feel better.
