Good Mental Health for Kids and Teens

Mental health is an important part of everyone’s well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and interact with others, and shapes our everyday experiences. For young people, learning how to take care of their mental health might be challenging, but starting early with support can make the process easier.
The Good Mental Health for Kids and Teens handout helps clients understand what mental health is and why it matters. It introduces strategies like recognizing emotions, finding ways to cope with stress, and building their self-esteem. Clients will also find a 5-minute mental health checklist with self-care questions they can ask themselves.
By using this guide, kids and teens can focus on what helps them feel supported and balanced. They can build habits like journaling, practicing mindfulness, or doing activities that make them feel good, which supports their mental health long-term.
Caring adults can help by having regular mental health discussions, offering support, and encouraging healthy habits. To make these practices a regular part of life, they can check in throughout the week about how their child is feeling or set aside time for fun and fulfilling activities.
This handout is included in our 11-page Mental Health Coping Skills Bundle.

Great quality and content is spot on.
great resource for my grandkids
I am currently building a binder of mental health resources to use for my work with children as a school counselor. The work is beautiful, easy to follow and understand. I ordered every bundle!
I'm going to recommend that schools, camps, psychiatric hospitals, friends, parents, old-folks care givers, and drunk adult 'adults' purchase all of these. I would recommend that the seller makes a 'value pack' for those interested in the complete set. We are working on posting them in several semi-outdoor areas that have a roof but no wall. We found the paper in the picture to be the best for long term durability in our situation where important stuff such as these are partly exposed to the elements. Plus, the coating on the paper allows for some types of writing to be wiped off easily. Don't want to advertise a separate company on here, so use the EXACT following search term via the search engine https://search.brave.com/ and it's the first link to a well known company:
