Depression Symptoms Checklist

$1.50
Translation missing: en.products.product.view_full_details

Depression symptoms can be challenging to identify because they vary and may show up differently in each person. Symptoms can sometimes be subtle and may be mistaken for temporary sadness or stress. Fortunately, there are resources available that offer guidance on recognizing these symptoms.

The Depression Symptoms Checklist is an easy-to-use tool for clients to identify signs of depression. It lists simple descriptions of thoughts and feelings that tend to occur when someone feels sad and low. Clients can check off statements that match how they feel, which helps them understand and accept their emotions.

Using this checklist for kids and teens helps promote awareness and early detection of depression and can also assist in tracking changes in symptoms over time. After completing the worksheet, therapists can use the gathered information to offer personalized support.

Based on the child’s symptoms, parents can introduce effective coping strategies such as regular exercise and taking breaks from electronics. To support these efforts, feel free to download our Coping Skills for Teen Depression or Depression Coping Skills for Kids handout.

Brilliant!

The worksheets are really good I brought lots from different sets as well. They are really helpful due to my autism and the person I brought for was really helpful in helping me work out the price and sort out things I needed help with. The downloads need instructions but mum worked it out. Overall brilliant.
