Size of the Problem
Is your child or teenager able to identify whether a problem they’re facing is big or small? Reflecting on the size of the problem — e.g. waiting in line, feeling hungry, forgetting an important school assignment — allows them to take the necessary steps to overcome it.
We created this poster that will serve as a guide for young people who need help deciding how to deal with a problem depending on its size. By practicing this exercise, they can feel more in control!
