Sincerity Worksheets (2 Pages)

Few traits are as rare or as refreshing as genuine sincerity. Many struggle to speak honestly or show their true feelings, often held back by fear of judgment, the pressure to please, or uncertainty about what to say. But by teaching sincerity, they can gain the confidence to express themselves truthfully.
The Sincerity Worksheets feature a two-page worksheet set. Being Sincere invites clients to explore who they are, rate their follow-through with sincere actions, and identify sincere versus insincere responses in various situations. Practicing Sincerity encourages them to match sincere actions with their descriptions, identify moments when sincerity feels hard, and reflect on questions about living more authentically.
Completing these activities helps kids see sincerity as a skill they can grow, not just a trait they either have or don’t. Encourage them to act with sincerity each day, such as giving a genuine compliment or a sincere apology.
These worksheets can be paired with our All About Sincerity handout for additional learning.
