Anger Coping Skills Bundle

$10.00
Translation missing: en.products.product.view_full_details

An anger coping skills bundle includes easy-to-understand handouts with illustrations made to help kids and teens handle their anger better. These materials are created to simplify anger concepts for young people.

The Anger Coping Skills Bundle equips kids, students, or patients with resources to deal with anger, providing clarity in understanding and managing their emotions. It discusses understanding anger, the anger iceberg, coping skills, and more.

If a child or teen is struggling with anger and lacks coping skills, this worksheet bundle can help them control negative emotions, which prevents explosive bouts of rage and reduces the likelihood of developing stress-related issues. Young people can use the tips from one of the handouts when they feel angry after a fight with a friend or when something doesn't go according to plan.

After kids and teens read the handouts, parents and teachers can offer more support through helpful discussions. To encourage them, they could consider recommending the Anger Diary worksheet, a tool that offers a structured outlet for understanding and expressing emotions through writing.

Outstanding presentations really for all ages

I recently lost my cool at my church and needed to apologize and decided to use it as a teaching moment for my children's Sunday School class. I bought the bundle on coping skills and on Anger in general. While I only used 2 (the Anger Thermometer and the Positive Self-Talk Exercise), I found it a great exercise for myself to remember coping actions. And we got some great discussions in Sunday School tying it to the fruit of the Spirit and loss of self-control (Galatians 5). I will use these both for myself and make them available for other teachers in our church.

Thank you, Kelcy! Please don't forget to check our other worksheets, handouts, and posters.
