How to Complete the SNAP-IV 26 Teacher and Parent Rating Scale

This questionnaire covers different behaviors related to attention (such as difficulty focusing), hyperactivity/impulsivity (such as excessive movement or acting without thinking), and oppositional defiance (such as arguing with adults). Your answers will help identify any areas that may need professional attention.
