Kindness Worksheets (2 Pages)

Kindness has a quiet strength that often speaks louder than words. Whether it’s a small gesture, a thoughtful reply, or a helping hand, kindness reminds others that they’re seen, valued, and cared for. Like any habit, kindness becomes natural with practice, and that starts with understanding what it looks like in everyday life.
The Kindness Worksheets include two separate, but complementary pages. The Kindness In Action worksheet helps clients identify whether an action shows kindness or not, and then imagine how they might respond with kindness in different situations. Practicing Kindness adds a personal touch, as clients get to track their kind actions during the week and reflect on the benefits of being kind.
As kids and teens move through the activities, they will feel a growing sense of empathy and self-awareness. A simple tip to reinforce this habit is to start or end each day by thinking of one kind thing they did or can do.
These worksheets can be paired with our All About Kindness handout to help reinforce learning.
