Gratitude Worksheets (6 Pages)

Gratitude is more than a polite response. It influences the way people value what they have and recognize the contributions of others. Gratitude has been shown to support one’s physical and emotional health, so mental health practices are increasingly weaving gratitude into daily routines to help gratitude take room in meaningful ways.
The Gratitude Worksheets provide activities that teach clients how to notice small but meaningful positive things in daily life and show appreciation toward others. Across six pages, clients will find a variety of exercises. These include distinguishing between actions that demonstrate gratitude and those that don’t, assessing their own habits, tracking daily practices with a gratitude calendar, and writing a heartfelt gratitude letter.
Completing these worksheets helps kids and teens uncover the benefits of gratitude, such as stronger relationships, better emotional resilience, and a more positive outlook on life. They can start with small actions like naming one good thing that happened at the end of the day or saying “thank you” out loud.
Caring adults can nurture this habit by sharing openly about what they are thankful for and explaining why it matters. They can also set up simple family or class traditions, like weekly gratitude circles or reflection boards.
Our All About Gratitude handout nicely complements these worksheets.
