Coping With Anger Worksheet (Spanish Version)
This worksheet is the Spanish version of our Coping With Anger worksheet.
Kids with anger issues can be taught helpful coping skills that reduce tension, stress, anxiety, and avoid explosive behaviors. This Coping With Anger worksheet allows a child to write down some of the things that make them feel angry and describe their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors resulting from that anger.
After a child expresses their anger in writing, it instructs them to identify coping skills they are willing to use from different categories — Relaxation, Distraction, Movement, and Thinking. As a parent, teacher, social worker, or mental health professional, you can ask them to demonstrate a skill and even do it with them. For example, taking deep breaths or counting from 1 to 100.
