Emotions Thermometer

$6.00
Translation missing: en.products.product.view_full_details

An emotions thermometer is a visual tool that lets clients identify, describe, and measure the intensity of their feelings. It features a scale similar to a thermometer with different levels, ranging from low to high, to help them communicate how intense their emotions are. This tool may be used in school, therapy, or as a self-help resource to increase one's emotional awareness.

The Emotions Thermometer bundle includes two complementary tools: "How Are You Feeling Today?" and the “Feelings Thermometer.” Each page features images of different emotions that clients might be experiencing. The “Feelings Thermometer” also introduces coping strategies to better manage these emotions.

Using this 2-page set helps kids and teens become more aware of their triggers and improve their ability to cope. For additional support, parents can introduce relevant materials, such as the What Color Are You poster, or our Coping Skills for Kids video.
