Warning Signs of Anger

Kids and teenagers who need help with managing their anger often display warning signs like impatience, jealousy, physical complaints (headaches, stomachaches), throwing things, and more. These warning signs may indicate that they need help from a professional, especially when they’re unable to cope effectively.
Use this worksheet as an assessment tool for kids and teens to identify their commonly experienced physical, emotional, behavioral, and mental signs by placing a checkmark next to each. If there are signs that aren’t on the list, they can write them down in the blanks.
