Hope Worksheets (2 Pages)

Hope is more than just wishing for good things—it’s a feeling that encourages people to keep moving forward, even when the road feels unclear. Whether hope shows up as a quiet determination or bold optimism, it leads to resilience. Like any inner strength, it needs a little nurturing to grow stronger.
The Hope Worksheets include two separate, but complementary worksheets. Nurturing Hope helps clients spot hopeful and hopeless behaviors and invites them to think about their own dreams and goals. Hope Builders dives into the power of self-talk, showing how thoughts influence feelings and actions.
Completing these pages can help kids and teens feel more empowered and better prepared to face whatever comes next. A great way to build on this is by starting a simple daily habit of writing down one hopeful thought or something they are looking forward to at the end of each day.
Our All About Being Hopeful handout is a helpful resource to pair with these worksheets.
