Character Building Worksheets (2 Pages)

Character is more than just a list of good qualities—it’s the inner foundation that shapes how people respond to challenges, treat others, and carry themselves through life. But for many, building their own character can feel unclear. Learning to recognize personal strengths and reflect on traits takes time and consistent effort.

The Character Building Worksheets include two separate, but complementary pages. Character-Building Inventory helps clients identify the character traits they want to strengthen over time. My Character-Building Journey builds on this by asking more questions and asking them to write a personal commitment.

Working through both pages lets kids and teens see that character isn’t something you’re simply born with—it’s something you can build. After completing the worksheets, they can take it a step further by creating a character calendar. Each week, they’ll choose one trait to focus on through small daily actions.

These worksheets can be paired with our All About Chacter Building handout to help reinforce this skill.
